Frank Abagnale, author of “Catch Me If You Can,” is coming to Kutztown University to speak on security challenges and tactics for safeguarding information.

Hosted by the Association of Campus Events, this event will be 7 p.m. April 6 in Schaeffer Auditorium.

In his best-selling book, “Catch Me If You Can,” Abagnale reveals his past life of serving time in French, Swedish and U.S. prisons and release after five years on the condition he help the government by teaching and assisting federal law enforcement agencies.

His knowledge and expertise gives him the respect as one of the world’s authorities on forgery, embezzlement and secure documents.

Abagnale’s book later became the movie of the same name, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks.

Screenings of the movie will be in Alumni Auditorium 5 at 4 p.m. April 1.
