According to Lehigh County District Attorney James B. Martin, the competency hearing in the case of Commonwealth vs. James Snuka has been rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 13 in order to allow the mental health experts sufficient time to complete their evaluations and reports.
Snuka is charged with the 1983 killing of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino, in the former George Washington Motor Lodge, Whitehall.
