Northampton: Elvis tribute show tickets are available
Northampton Area Public Library is still selling tickets for the March 18 “Essential Elvis Tribute Show,” set to begin 8 p.m. at Northampton Banquet & Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.
Tickets for the Jimmy Sturr show, 6 p.m. March 19, are also available.
Tickets can be purchased at the library with cash or online at bjeproductions.com with a card.
A part of the proceeds will benefit the library.

The library’s next preschool block party will be 10 a.m. March 19. Join the group for free-play, hands-on learning with blocks. No registration is required.

The Borough of Northampton’s annual Easter egg hunt will be held 11 a.m. March 19 at Municipal Park, Laubach Avenue and Smith Lane.
Borough children age 10 and younger are invited to participate. Registration is not required.
The Easter Bunny will be there for photo opportunities.
Candy will be given to all egg hunt participants.
Rain date is 1 p.m. March 20.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4714 will be hosting a spring hop 7-10:30 p.m. March 19.
There is a cost.
Tickets are available at the post, Main Street and Laubach Avenue, after 4 p.m. daily and at the door the night of the event.

The Northampton Area Public Library will hold a program on Pennsylvania German Lenten and Easter customs 6 p.m. March 23.
It will be presented by Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum.
There is no cost.

The library will have Teen Fandom Jeopardy 6:30 p.m. March 21. All teens are invited to this event on your favorite fandoms.

The Friends of the Northampton Area Public Library group will hold its annual Vera Bradley Bingo April 3. Doors open 11 a.m., and the games begin 1 p.m.
The event also includes a 50/50 drawing, Chinese auction, bake sale and door prizes.
Food will be available for purchase.
