Phyllis M. Kozauer, 75, of Bethlehem, died March 3, 2016, at Manor Care Health Center, Bethlehem. Born in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Naz and Rose Comminio. She was the wife of John “Jack” Kozauer for 48 years.

She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Rosemary and her husband Donny Bertucci of Pittsburgh; nieces; and nephews.

Arrangements were made by Long Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
