Linda H. Henninger, 67, of Kempton, died March 2, 2016, in her home with her family by her side.

She was the widow of Dallas C. Henninger who died in 2010, after 43 years of marriage.

Born in Maxatawny Township, she was a daughter of the late Spencer and Anna (Henderson) Geiger.

She worked alongside her husband in the family business, the former Henninger’s Nursery, Kempton, for many years until having to retire due to illness.

A 1966 graduate of Brandywine High School, Topton, she was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run.

Her survivors include a daughter, Suzanne M., wife of David Miller, of Kempton; sisters, Jean A., wife of Richard Harter, of Kempton, and Janet E. Geiger of Topton; granddaughter Samantha Miller and her fiancé, Joseph Zilinski, of Rockland Township; several nieces and nephews; and her feline companion Sneaky.

She was predeceased by her sister Melba M. Faust.
