Anna Elizabeth Carchio, 96, of Lower Nazareth Township, died Feb. 27, 2016, at ManorCare, in Easton. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Matus. She was the wife of the late Anthony James Carchio for 48 years.

She was a beautician, a necktie presser for Forte Neckwear, a waitress at the Blue Anchor, worked in food service for the Lower Nazareth School District and worked at the Purity Food Market.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township.

She is survived by a daughter, Joann Carchio, with whom she resided.

She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Fuisz; and a nephew, Zoltan Fuisz.
