Vera (Schaffer) Meyers Becker, 92, of Bethlehem, died Feb. 19, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. Born in North Wales, she was a daughter of the late Thomas S. Sr. and Jenny (Gilmer) Schaffer. She was the wife of Paul E. Becker and the late Lloyd Meyers.

She was a teller at Continental Bank, Plymouth Meeting, for several years until she retired. Prior to that, she was a seamstress at the former Poole & Sons, Lansdale.

She was a member of Lansdale United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Ronald and his wife Karen Meyers of Hatfield; a stepson, Russell D. and his wife Rebekah Becker of Malvern; a stepdaughter, Paula J. Infanti of Allentown; a brother, Robert and his wife Bonnie Schaffer of Hatfield; seven grandchildren, Jeffrey and his wife Lori Meyers, Gregory and his wife Debra Meyers, Danny and his wife Lori Meyers, Stacie and her husband Vincent Maile, Glenn Meyers, Robert Becker, Jean Infanti; eight great-grandchildren, Victoria “Tori”, Jacob, Luke, Megan and Joshua Meyers, Francesca and Christopher Maile and Drew Meyers; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Larry B. Meyers; and twelve siblings.
