This week brings kindergarten registration to our elementary schools. Registration will be held at Harry S Truman Elementary School 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Feb. 25. Additional information is available on the district website or by calling HST at 610-791-2800.

Spring athletic physicals will be held at Salisbury Middle School Feb. 25. Boys report 5 p.m. and girls 5:45 p.m. Physical paperwork is available at SMS and Salisbury High School.

SHS Theatre will present “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” 7 p.m. March 3 through 5 and 3 p.m. March 6. Tickets are available at the high school by calling 610-797-4107, ext. 2508 or via email at salisburytheratre@salisburysd.org. The play is rated PG-13.

There will be a curriculum and technology meeting at SHS 7 p.m. Feb. 29.

The next coffee and conversation with the Salisbury Township School District superintendent and assistant superintendent will be held 6 to 7 p.m. March 3. Respond with your attendance confirmation to Mary Bishop at mbishop@salisburysd.org.

The next operations committee meeting will be 7 p.m. March 7 at the school administration building.

Students who attend second grade at HST will dine with the families March 7 at the school. Look for more information to be sent home with your second grader.

The next HST PTO meeting will be 7 p.m. March 7.

Students are encouraged to wear their HST T-shirts March 10.

All Salisbury Township School District schools will be closed March 11 for a professional development day.

The Western Salisbury Elementary PTA will hold the third annual purse bingo noon to 4 p.m. March 13. Doors open noon and games start 1 p.m. Tickets are available in advance with a discount or full price at the door. Raffle tickets are also available.
