Knights of Columbus Council 4050 will hold Lenten fish bakes 5-7 p.m. Feb. 26 and March 4 and 11 in Ruffenach Hall at St. John the Baptist Church, Ruch and Chestnut streets.

As we continue to trudge through the freezing cold winter, remember to check on your elderly relatives and neighbors to make sure they have heat and are staying safe inside.

Also, keep your pets inside from the cold weather, so they stay warm and healthy.

If you are looking for a new hobby, take note that February is National Bird-Feeding Month. All you need to do is hang a bird feeder in your yard and provide some seed and watch the beautiful birds flock to your yard.

This is a great way to de-stress in today’s busy world. You can even stay in your warm home and observe from a window.
