Nicholas Robert Gaglin, 21, of Queens, NY, was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and drug possession after a traffic stop along Interstate westbound at mile marker 56.2, Salisbury Township, 2:31 a.m. Feb. 11.

During the course of the traffic stop of the 2001 Acura Integra with a New York license plate Gaglin allegedly was driving, police determined Gaglin allegedly was under the influence of a controlled substance. Gaglin agreed to a hand search of his vehicle where troopers allegedly found a small amount of marijuana and three Xanax pills. Charges were filed though District Court 31-1-08.
