Lucille S. Hamm, 77, of Kempton, died Feb. 2, 2016, in the presence of her family.
She and her husband James D. Hamm celebrated their 54th wedding aniversary in July 2015.
Born in Lynn Township, she was a daughter of the late Adam and Naomi (Long) Bailey.
She was a kitchen worker for the former Albany Township Elementary School, Kempton, for more than 30 years before retiring in 2002.
She was a lifelong member of New Bethel Church, Kempton, where she served as a former church custodian and Sunday School pianist and member of the church choir.
She was a member of the Lynnport and Kempton fire companies and the Albany Township Historical Society.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Brent James and Carol of Kingston, N.Y. and Michael Adam at home; sisters Janet German and Marion Bailey, both of Slatedale, and brother John Bailey of New Tripoli.
She was predeceased by siblings, Christine Kamp, Anna Handwerk aand Richard and Franklin Bailey.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal services.
Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in New Bethel Union Cemetery, Kempton.
In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory, may be made to the church memorial fund for choir gowns sent to New Bethel Church, 135 New Bethel Church Road, Kempton, PA 19529.
