Jane J. Price, 81, of New Tripoli, died on Feb. 14, 2016, at home.

She and her husband James J. Price were married 59 years last May.

Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Helen (DeWalt) Moyer.

She worked for Bethlehem Steel for several years in the 1950s prior to starting a family.

Later, she worked for Kempton Sportswear, Lynnville, for 10 years before retiring.

She loved to sing and was in the choirs at various churches where she was a member over the years.

Currently, she was a member of Springfield Church of the Brethren, Coopersburg.

A volunteer with Mothers of Preschoolers and an avid sewer, she loved to spend time reading the Bible.

She especially enjoyed the longtime tradition of family night when her children and grandchildren would gather to play games and have dinner.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters Linda J., wife of David Deibert of Breinigsville, Brenda M., wife of Dennis Loch of New Tripoli, and Diane E., wife of Kevin Miller of Lehighton; grandchildren David Christopher and Stephanie Deibert, and Amanda, Andrew and Sarah Miller; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister Roberta Shuman Shelly.

Her services will be 11 a.m. Feb. 18, at Springfield Church of the Brethren, 920 Passer Road, Coopersburg, with the Rev. Dave Weiss officiating.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. in the church.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.
