Lillian M. McCarthy, 90, of Bethlehem, died Feb. 12, 2016 at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Carrie (Peters) Adams. She was the wife of the late John J. McCarthy Jr. for 43 years.

She was a founding member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Kathleen Kelshaw and Janice and her husband Michael Buczui, all of Bethlehem; Peg and her husband Ron Farkas of Nazareth, and Phyllis and her husband Thomas Bender of Bethlehem; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by brothers and sisters.
