Helen R. Kostelnik, 96, of Bethlehem, died Feb.13, 2016, at her home at Moravian Village. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Urban and Anna (Balik) Kostelnik.

She worked in the Homer Research department of the Bethlehem Steel for 40 years until she retired.

She was a parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, where she was a member of the parish Golden Age group.

She was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokols.

She is survived by three siblings, Mary Aylward; George Kostelnik; and Dr. Francis Kostelnik; two nephews; a great-niece; and three great-nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Annamae and Irene Kostelnik.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church, 617 Pierce St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
