Gregory E. Settle, 39, of Schnecksville, formerly from Sykesville, Md., died Feb. 4, 2016, in his home.

The devoted husband of Cheryl (Baxendale) Settle, they were married 17 years as of last July 25.

Born Sept. 22, 1976, in Fairborn, Ohio, he was the beloved son of Roger E. Jr. and Sylvia (Probus) Settle of Jeffersonton, Va.

He was a project manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Prior to that, he worked at 21st Century Group and Westinghouse.

He attended Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

In addition to his loving wife and parents, he is survived by children, Ashley C. and Nicholas G. both at home; siblings Laura S. Settle of York, S.C., Cherie A. Burnette of Ashburn, Va., Christina D. Horne of Durham, N.C., Sean O. Settle of Jeffersonton, Va.; maternal grandmother Edith (Kreiser) Probus of McLean, Va.; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and a niece.
