Bethlehem Catholic: Winter SAT Classes

Winter SAT classes start February 10 at Bethlehem Catholic HS. The Mathematics section will meet on Feb.10, 17, 22, 24 & 29 (makeup date if needed – March 2nd); and Reading & Writing will meet Feb. 16, 18, 23, 25 & March 1st (makeup date if needed – March 3rd) from 4 to 7 p.m.

Both curriculum are based on the new SATs to begin March, 2016.

The registration form can be found on the BECA homepage under the “student” tab. All forms should be returned to Miss DeSanto at the school.

Mini-THON is Feb. 12 and 13

Parent chaperones are needed for three different four hour shifts during the dance: 8 p.m. to midnight; midnight to 4 a.m.; and 4 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Due to new state laws, all chaperones must have completed the new Mandated Reporter Training and Protecting God’s Children workshop.

If you have both of these and would like to chaperone, email jpetruzzelli@becahi.org with the shift you would like to chaperone.

If you are missing one or both of these but would still like to chaperone, please contact Mr. Petruzzelli to find out how to complete these requirements.

Notre Dame: Financial aid scholarships

School year 2016-2017 financial aid and need based scholarship applications are now open.

Valentine tickets, the first of five fundraising tickets for the 2015-2016 school year, are now available. Call 610-868-1431, ext. 124,for information. The drawing will be held at noon on Feb. 16 o in the Learning Commons.

Debate team update

Debate Team students who earned degrees from the National Speech and Debate Association recently are C. Bianchi, Degree of Honor; and C. Sauers; Degree of Excellence .
