Albina T. Kozak, 90, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 29, 2016, at Holy Family Manor. Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mildred (Kwasnik) Opilo. She was the wife of the late John Kozak for 50 years.

She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Lansford, where she was with the Rosary Society.

She was a member of the Golden Age Club.

She is survived by two sons, Father David Kozak of Reading and Robert and his wife Mary Jo of Drums; a brother, Attorney Theodore Opilo of California; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Agnes Dobley; and two brothers, Frank and Louis Opilo.
