Marvin H. Karll, 83, of Bethlehem, formerly of Allentown, died Jan. 30, 2016.

He was the husband of the late Ingeborg (Mulyk) Karll.

Born July 24, 1932, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Reuben and Anna (Reichenbach) Karll.

A merchandise manager and vice president at Hess’s, he later managed Appel Jewelers and was most recently employed at Beverly Palm Jewelers.

His humor and spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family.

His survivors include children Douglas A. and his wife, Fiordaliza, of Florida; Christine A. Sestak and her husband, David, of Bethlehem; Janis D. Pany and her husband, Thomas, of Orefield; Gerald R. of Allentown; grandchildren Jon Anthony Karll, Kristy Karll Brown, Christopher Lentz, Jennifer Grom, Khaley and Linzi Sestak, Brittny, Thomas, Lucas and Alexa Pany, Matthew and Ryan Karll; 10 great-grandchildren and loving caregiver Donna Lentz.

He was predeceased by a son, Wolfgang.

A celebration of his life will be held privately by the family.
