C. Russell Romig, 82, of Allentown, died Jan. 27, 2016, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.

Born June 11, 1933, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Clarence R. Romig and Ellen Mae (Super) Romig Krause.

He was a lending supervisor with the former 1st National Bank of Allentown for many years.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War era.

His survivors include several nieces and nephews.

His service will be private.
