Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., will be holding their Mardi Gras 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 6.

There will be food, a flea market, a basket raffle and a bake sale, as well as fun and games.

Catasauqua Garden Club’s annual bus trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show is scheduled for March 8. This year’s Philadelphia Flower Show, the largest of its kind, will feature the National Parks as its theme.
