Doris R. Hassler, 92, of Bethlehem, died Jan.19, 2016. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Elsie M. (Nause) and Harold B. Matz. She was the wife of the late Arthur E. Hassler.

She worked at the family store, Matz’s Peanut Shop.

She is survived by three children, Barbara and her husband Gary Martell, Bruce A. and his wife Kathryn, and David B.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
