David K. Hopper, 41, of McKinleyville, Calif., formerly of Wescosville, died Dec. 13, 2015.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Charles Hopper of Wescosville and the late Hope A. (Schaffer) Hopper.

He was a construction contractor in California for several years.

Previously, he worked at Albrights Hardware and Garden Center, South Whitehall Township.

In addition to his father, he is survived by a brother, Daniel of Allentown, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

His services will be private.
