Gordon Pollison Sr., 84, of Breinigsville, died Dec. 24, 2015, in his home.

He and his wife Charlotte (Temby) Pollison were married on June 5, 1954.

Born July 31, 1931, in Bloomingdale, N.J., he was a son of the late Roy H. and Anna M. (Smith) Pollison.

He served in the Marines Corps during the Korean War.

He was an industrial technology teacher at the Lakeland Regional High School in Wanaque, N.J.

He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 8096, NEA, NJEA, Lehigh Valley Chippers, and the Seniors in Action Club at Faith Free Evangelical Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lisa A., wife of David Barthold, of Waldwick, N.J.; son Gordon Jr., of Breinigsville; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by siblings, Roy and Christina.

His services were private.
