Magdalena Ortiz, 65, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 4, 2015, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Juan Colon and Maria Morales. She was the wife of Antonio Ortiz for 46 years.

She was of the Catholic faith and had attended Holy Infancy R. C. Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Efrain Ortiz, Pedro Ortiz and his wife Antonia Flores and Juan Triado and his wife Melissa Schmidt; a daughter, Maria Triado; six brothers, Miguel Flores and Jaime, Juan, Jorge, Angel and Miguel Colon; five sisters, Maryluz, Margarita, Carmen, Emma and Rosa Colon; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by James Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
