Northampton Community College
Matulay exhibit through Feb. 10
The exhibition “I Am Trying to Illustrate All This,” a curated collection of the works of Hungarian Laszlo Matulay, is open now through Feb.10, in the Gallery at the NCC Bethlehem Campus, 511 E. Third St.
His collection of letters, drawings, paintings, books and prints is owned by Congregation Keneseth Israel, Allentown.
His has exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art, the New York Public Library and the New York World’s Fair. He contributed to publications including Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar and Time Magazine.
In 1952, he became the artistic director at Rodale Inc. and moved to Emmaus.
Lindsey Jancay, curator of collections and exhibitions at Historic Bethlehem, will present a lecture about Matulay from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., followed by a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 21 in room 146 , College Center, main campus. The Communications Hall Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Off campus housing
Moravian College recently announced that students may apply to live in off-campus housing beginning this fall. There will be changes to meal plan offerings and to student parking.
Non-commuting students interested in living off campus need to be a rising junior or have senior status, maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, and be in good financial and conduct standing.
Moravian College has partnered with Places4Students to help students find and locate viable leasing options in the community.
