Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.
DEC. 25
A hit-and-run accident at Main and West 21st streets brought police to the scene. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate the vehicle. The report said a vehicle hit a pole. There also was damage to a middle school construction sign, sand bags and a Jeep Grand Cherokee passenger’s side mirror.
DEC. 26
In the 600 block of Walker Drive, a disturbance took place between a male and a female.
DEC. 27
A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 600 block of East 10th Street.
DEC. 28
Officers responded to a harassment by communication report in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The report said a female received harassing phone calls from another female.
A nonreportable accident involving two vehicles took place in the unit block of West 21st Street.
DEC. 29
In the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue, criminal mischief brought police to the scene. The report said there was damage to the driver’s side window of a vehicle.
DEC. 30
Police responded to a domestic dispute between two females in the 100 block of Boro View Drive.
In the 1600 block of Newport Avenue, the department received a report of a landlord receiving two checks returned for nonsufficient funds.
A domestic dispute between two females occurred in the 2200 block of Main Street.
