WIlliam Polak

William Polak, 82, of Lower Saucon Township, died Jan. 2, 2016. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Stephen and Anna (Onda) Polak. He was the husband of Grace (Cervellini) Polak for 58 years.

He was a graduate of Bethlehem Vo-Tech. He was in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was a rigger at the Bethlehem Steel. He was the owner and operator of Leamon Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc.

He was a parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, formerly Sts. Cyril and Methodius.

In addition his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jayne Ann and her husband, James Bergeman of Coopersburg; two sons, David W. of Bethlehem and Matthew and his wife Alexandra of Coral Gables, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Julia Leigh and Nicholas James Bergeman and Emma Marina and Isabella Grace Polak.

He was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Baron; and three brothers, John, Stephen and George Polak.
