Arcadio “Yuyo” Gonzalez, 92, of Bethlehem, died Dec. 26, 2015, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill. Born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Ysidoro Gonzalez and Enriqueta Ortiz. He was the husband of Sixta (Vazquez) Gonzalez for 63 years.
He was a steelworker in the cokeworks for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for more than 20 years.
He played guitar and harmonica.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by six children, Milton and his wife Ann of Allentown, Emily and her husband Wilfredo Vazquez of Bethlehem, Jose and his wife Olga of Bethlehem, Fernando and his wife Nancy of Bethlehem, Hector and his wife Yolanda of Bethlehem and Luis and his wife Eneida of Puerto Rico; a daughter-in-law, Irma Diaz of Puerto Rico; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son, Victor Gonzalez; three sisters; and three brothers.
