South Whitehall Township had its annual tree lighting ceremony Dec. 5 at Covered Bridge Park, for the first time.

Attendees enjoyed mild weather for the tree lighting plus the lighting of Wehr’s Bridge over Jordan Creek and the old mill house at the corner of Wehr Mill and River roads.

Santa arrived by way of the Cetronia Fire Department’s aerial tower, with help from Greenawalds, Woodlawn and Tri-Clover fire departments, Cetronia Ambulance Corps and South Whitehall police.
