Laurel Fire Company will be sponsoring Operation Santa 8 a.m.-noon Dec. 19 for residents of the Cementon and North Coplay areas.
Look for the lights and listen for the sirens, as Santa will be bringing presents to children via the fire company’s antique 1940 Diamond T truck.
Parents may drop off gifts for Santa to deliver at the fire hall 4-11 p.m. Dec. 17 or 4 p.m.-midnight Dec. 18. Include the child’s name, age and address on each gift.

Egypt Community Church’s youth Christmas program will be presented 10:30 a.m. Dec. 20 during the worship service. This year’s program is titled “Every Knee Shall Bow.”
The church is located at 4129 S. Church St.
