Mary M. Mitko, 97, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 30, 2015, at Holy Family Manor. Born in Gates, she was a daughter of the late John and Josephine (Vlasko) Ezar. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Mitko.

She was a steam presser for 35 year at Chickadee Dress Company until she retired in 1980.

She was a parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, formerly Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church.

She was a member of the I.L.G.W.U.

She is survived by three daughters, Dolores and her husband Robert Pilzer of Bethlehem Township, Mary E. and her husband William Balliet of Northampton and Patricia J. and her husband Keith Terry of Gouldsboro; a son, Joseph F. and his wife Nancy of Kintersville; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Anna Zaun, Margaret Carnihan and Stephen and Francis Ezar.

She was predeceased by a sister, Helen Ezar; and four brothers, Michael, Joseph, Andrew and John Ezar.
