Slowey re-electd to NWHF&M

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum board of governors announced that Tom Slowey has been re-elected for a second two-year term as secretary at the Oct. 24 meeting in Des Moines, Iowa. Slowey was a wrestler at Bethlehem Catholic High School and Penn State University.

Local woman in POSP program

Kaitlin Nguyen of Bethlehem, was one of 60 Lafayette College students selected to be part of Lafayette’s Pre-Orientation Service Program, coordinated by the Landis Center.

POSP provides first-year students with a transition to Lafayette College and the Easton community.

The students participated in activities such as painting, gardening, renovating and serving as classroom aids and camp counselors.
