A. Paul Bastian, of Cetronia, was laid to rest Nov. 14 at Cedar Union Church cemetery, along Broadway, South Whitehall Township.
Bastian was a life member of the Cetronia Fire Department, and a founder of the Cetronia Ambulance Corps and active in many committees and groups at Cedar Lutheran Church.
He was also a musician, not only performing with various groups, but he had written a hymn as well.
The hymn, “My Walk with Christ,” was performed by Cedar Lutheran senior choir during the funeral service.
