Catherine “Nan” Weidner, 67, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 14, 2015, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of Catherine B. (Brandon) Weidner of Nazareth and the late Rev. Dr. Mervin C. Weidner.
She was a graduate of Northeast High School, Fla., and Bethlehem Business College.
She worked in the development office for the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park. She later was the manager of collections division at Hospital Central Services for 33 years.
She was a member of Central Moravian Church, Bethlehem, where she was president of Moravian women, a circle leader and in various other activities.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three sisters, Carol and her husband, I.B. Southerland of Winston-Salem, N.C., Martha and her husband Eugene Lisa of Winter Park, Fla. and Jane and her husband Philip Corvino of Allentown; a brother, Timothy B. Weidner of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; five nieces and nephews, Stephanie Weidner Landis of Orlando, Fla.; Jonathan Brandon Weidner of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; Mary Catherine Southerland Pittard of Raleigh, N.C.; Scott A. Southerland of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Andrew M. Lisa of Pittsburg, Calif.; and friend, Marlene Troxell, with whom she shared her home for 42 years.
