Anthony D. Kociolek, Sr., 86, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 14, 2015, at home. Born and raised on the south side of Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Anna (Mendzk) and Martin Kociolek. He was the husband of Catherine (Kraynak) for 62 years.

He attended Bethlehem High School.

He was in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He worked for the Bethlehem Steel Company.

He was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, where he was an altar boy.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Anthony and his wife Holly and Martin and his wife Tina; a daughter, Carol and her husband Doug Jinks; and six grandchildren.

He was predeceased by five brothers, John and Frank Kociolek and Walter, Joe and Bill Marshaleck; and two sisters, Anna Kuchar and Stella Vincovitch.

Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
