Aida A. Rivera, 101, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 14, 2015, at St. Luke’s Hospital-Bethlehem. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Arturo Rivera and Rosa Lajara.

She worked in the civil service area for the city of New York.

She was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Memon of Bethlehem; a grandson, Eric and his wife Ann Marie Gilbert of Bethlehem; a granddaughter, Karen Alamo of Bayonne, N.J.; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Antonio Rivera, George Martin and Raymond Rivera.

Arrangements were made by Long Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
