Miranda Nicole Roy, 22, of Macungie, died Nov. 13, 2015, in Philadelphia. Born in Montreal, Canada, she was the daughter of Brian P. and Pauline H. (Sankey) Roy, of Macungie.

She was a senior at Temple University studying nursing. She was currently interning at Jeanes Hospital, Philadelphia.

She was a graduate of Emmaus High School, Class of 2011.

In addition to her parents she is survived by a sister, Chantelle H., of Macungie; paternal grandfather, Joseph P., of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; many aunts, uncles and cousins living in Canada.

Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family.

The Roy family would like family and friends to join them at their home 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 19 to further celebrate Miranda’s life.
