Lower Saucon Police arrested a heavily intoxicated man after responding to assist with his physical distress around 6:25 p.m. Nov. 5 on Easton Road in Hellertown.

According to police, Justin Tracy, 38, was having difficulty breathing, but when they arrived he became verbally and physically aggressive. While attemtping to move Tracy to an ambulance, he allegedly swung at an officer and hit him in the shoulder and face.

Tracy is charged with aggravated assault.
