Whitehall Township Public Library is having a used book sale in the library’s community room. The dates and times are as follows: 9:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Nov. 19; 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 20; and 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 21.

The food banks of the Lehigh Valley are always in need of supplies, especially during this time of year. Think about donating to your local food bank to help make the Thanksgiving holiday a little happier for those less fortunate.

We are well into November, and Thanksgiving is only two weeks away. If you are hosting Thanksgiving dinner, make it easy on yourself and make your shopping list early! Remember that turkey, if frozen, must be fully thawed before roasting!
