Joseph G. Buragino, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 1, 2015. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Gregorio and Maria (Cilenti) Buragina. He was the husband of Frances (Tallarico) Buragino.

He was a 1983 graduate of Moravian College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and accounting.

He was in the U.S. Army during WWII.

He was a computer programmer in the research department at Bethlehem Steel, from which he retired after 23 years in 1983. He was an adjunct professor at DeSales University for 15 years.

He was permanent deacon, ordained in 1995, assigned to St. Ursula’s parish, Fountain Hill, and to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where he was a founding member.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by many nieces and nephews.
