From Nov. 2 through Nov. 14, baskets will be on display for the library’s basket social.

Ticket packages come in sets of one, 12 or 25 for a cost. The drawing will be held 4 p.m. Nov. 14, and all proceeds will benefit the library.

If anyone would like to donate items for a basket or a prize, please contact the library.

Our final book sale for the year will be 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 13 and 14.

We have a variety of books available and more arriving every day.

If you would like to donate items, please bring them to the library. We no longer accept VHS tapes, audio cassettes, encyclopedias, text books or albums.

The library will be closed Nov. 18 for staff development day.

We also will close 5 p.m. Nov. 25 and will be closed Nov. 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Items due on those days will be accepted the following open day.

Join us 4-7 p.m. Dec. 13 at Keystone Pub & Grill, 1410 Grape St., Whitehall.

Stop in for dinner, and the pub will donate a portion of your check to the library.

Please remember to mention you are there for the fundraiser.

Because of our wonderful friends on the Coplay Community Days Committee, the library has just added two new public computers. We are very excited about this and our redesigned computer area, so please stop in and visit us soon!
