Margaret C. Malkames, 81, formerly of Allentown, died Oct. 31, 2015, in Maris Grove Retirement Community, Glen Mills, Delaware County.

She was the wife of the late Robert C. Malkames.

Born April 26, 1934, in Hazleton, Luzerne County, she was the daughter of the late Samuel A. and Laura E. (Smith) Caughey.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown.

Her survivors include daughters,Marlise C. Malkames and her companion, Peter Pampusch of Santa Monica, Calif., Diane N. Pugh and her husband, Gary, of Balboa Island, Calif., Karen E. Flurer and her husband, Lee, of West Chester; and grandchildren, Andrew, David and Lauren Flurer.

Her funeral service will be 1 p.m. Nov. 5, in Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Dr. Steven H. Shussett officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects noon-1 p.m. in the funeral home.

Entombment will follow the service at Grandview Chapel Mausoleum, Allentown.
