Police arrested a 31-year-old man following a vehicle accident on West Broad Street around 3 p.m. Oct. 22.

Police said William Sosa, of West Broad, was involved in a traffic accident, after which he fled the scene and present officers.

Upon apprehension, Sosa was determined to be intoxicated, police said.

Sosa is charged with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, a number of traffic violations and fleeing police.
