Favorite subject(s): Design Technology and Music. I like DT because it encompasses all of my interests except music – design, construction, technical twiddling, and computer stuff.
Activities: Boy Scouts, Technology Student Association, band, Jazz band
Next steps: Go to a good university and study mechanical engineering and business.
Career goals: Found a successful robotics company, become a recording artist.
Heroes: Steve Vai, a ridiculously talented guitarist and composer who remains humble even with his incredible discography. Elon Musk, an entrepreneur and CEO who doesn’t sit around, but takes a hands on role in the development of his companies’ products.
Hobbies: Tinkering with electronics, writing and playing music, programming and software development, video games, collecting various objects
Volunteer/community work: Finished my Eagle Scout project, which was replacing signs at the Heller Homestead Park. I volunteer at conventions and with my scout troop and participate in community events
Likes: Food, robots, computers, music, animals, food, learning, helping people, food, mechanical and electrical things, and food
Dislikes: People who hurt other people, dishonesty, ill-gotten gains
Greatest accomplishment (so far): Eagle Scout project in Hellertown while doing the CUNY CREST-HIRES program in NYC
Advice for peers: Perseverance is key. If you are stuck, take a step back and reassess.
