BASD: Retired teacher luncheon Nov. 5

The BASD retired school teachers family style luncheon will be held at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 5 at Green Pond Country Club, 3604 Farmersville Road. There will be entertainment by the Lehigh Valley Folk Music Society.

BASD: Flu clinics Nov. 7, 8

Free drive-through flu clinics for the public by Lehigh Valley Health Network will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 7 and 8 at Coca Cola Park. Call 610-402-CARE for locations and times.

For BASD students and families only: There will be a free flu clinic, sponsored by the Bethlehem Area School District and the Bethlehem Health Bureau, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at East Hills MS., 2005 Chester Road. The rain date is Nov. 15.

Liberty HS: Alumni Day Nov. 6

Liberty’s Alumni Day weekend will begin with a bonfire at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 6 and live entertainment, tours, food, drink and more. Tailgating begins at 11 a.m. Nov. 8 on the football practice field. There will be a special alumni tent will be open prior to the 1 p.m. kickoff of the Liberty-Freedom football game in the Frank Banko stadium.
