Kutztown University Planetarium will be hosting a public showing “Pluto Update and Birth of the Solar System” 7 p.m. Nov. 4 on the ground floor of the Grim Science Building in Room 100.

The show will be followed by a question-and -answer period with Planetarium Director Dr. Phil Reed, associate professor of physical sciences.

The planetarium, which features a full-dome digital projection system and surround sound, is used for introductory astronomy laboratory exercises and for the university’s Astronomy Outreach Program.
