Jeffrey “Digger” T. Raniere, 52, of Shoemakersville, Berks County, formerly of Bethlehem, died Oct. 19, 2015, as a result of a motorcycle accident.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Joseph and Carole (Vohlidka) Raniere Oscavich.

He was in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Reading Motorcycle Club Inc.

His survivors include a son Anthony Thornton of Florida; companion Cindy Undheim; brothers Kenneth and Frank; and a sister Evelyn.

He was predeceased by a brother, Cliff.
