Hallie Iobst, 91, died Oct. 10, 2015, at her home in Center Valley. She was born in Miami, Fla. She was the wife of the late Bob Iobst for 62 years.
She attended the University of Miami.
She was a member of Central Moravian Church, where she was a sacristan and an elder, and was president of the Busy Workers Society for 19 years.
She volunteered at St. Luke’s Hospital for 30 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Johanna and her husband Michael Carter of Evergreen, Colo., and their children Amanda of New York City and Matthew of Sydney, Australia; a son, Steve and his wife Debbie of Yellowstone National Park, Wyo., and their daughter Allison and her husband Sean Hannafin of Jackson Hole, Wyo., and their children Christian, Gabriel and Hallie; and Steve and Debbie’s sons, Ben of Dallas, Texas and Steve of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Betsy and her husband Skip Isdale of Temple, Texas, and their son Stephen of Austin, Texas, and their daughter Sarah and her husband Kiley Smith, and their children Krosby and Kainsley of Temple, Texas; and their daughter Emmy and her husband Zane Johnston and their children Sloan and Max of Belton, Texas; a daughter, Barbara and her husband Jerry Gorde of Richmond, Va.; a sister, Jackie Evans of Maryland and California; nieces; and nephews.
