Doris C. Karp, 87, of Bethlehem, died Oct. 19, 2015. Born in Newark, N.J., she daughter of the late Lloyd and Cecelia (Nagel) Collins. She was the wife of the late Wallace F. Karp for 60 years.
She earned a degree in mental health technology from Hahnemann and a master’s degree in alcohol and drug counseling from the University of Oklahoma.
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bethlehem.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen and her husband Bruce Jackson of Marlton, N.J. and Kathryn DiConcetto of Dallas; a daughter-in-law, June Karp of Delanco, N.J.; a son-in-law, Joseph DiConcetto, M.D. of Bethlehem; two brothers, Lloyd Collins and Artie and his wife Marge Collins; five grandchildren, Brad, Karen, Andrew, Joey and Brian; and a great-granddaughter, Jada.
She was predeceased by two sons, David Wallace and William James Karp; a grandson, Eric; a sister, Marguerite Steckhahn; and two brothers, William and Robert Collins.
