Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

OCT. 9

A fight involving two females occurred on West Laubach Avenue and 10th Street.

An unwanted female in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue brought police to the scene.

In the 1800 block of Main Street, a disturbance of an “out-of-control male” brought officers to the area, the department reported.

OCT. 10

Criminal mischief in the 2800 block of West 28th Street was filed. Two tires of a legally parked vehicle were slashed.

In the 100 block of Frank Drive, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief to a trailer.

A hit-and-run accident occurred in the parking lot behind Mario’s Pizza Shop, 851 Main St. According to the report, a tan Jeep Grand Cherokee backed into another vehicle and fled.

A noise complaint in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue brought police to investigate.

OCT. 11

Criminal mischief in the 2800 block of West 28th Street brought police to the area. According to the report, there was damage to three windows and an outside light.

In the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue, loose change and an iPod were taken from an unlocked, legally parked vehicle.

A suspicious person in the 2800 block of West 28th Street was seen on a resident’s porch. The tall, thin, white male was also seen puncturing the tire of a legally parked vehicle.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance between a male and a female in the 1700 block of Main Street.

Officers assisted Northampton County Crisis in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

OCT. 13

Officers responded to a residence after numerous 911 hang-up calls in the 100 block of West 28th Street.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female brought police to the 100 block of West 28th Street.

OCT. 15

In the 2800 block of West 28th Street, criminal mischief allegedly occurred by a tall, thin, white male, who threw a brick through a resident’s front window and drove away in a red or maroon Ford Explorer.

A nonreportable accident in the 1600 block of Main Street occurred. A vehicle hit a legally parked vehicle’s driver-side mirror.
